I'm not sure why, but to me, this photo falls into the "classics of photography." This elephant's rear end has a giant side, but at the same time, something cuddly about it. The texture of the skin adds volume and depth. The tail reminds me of the trunk on the other side, allowing us to imagine the elephant's smiling face.
