On the road to Lalibela
As we make our way to Lalibela, the mountain with a thousand shades of green (the rainy season has just begun) unfolds with each ascent and descent. We pass through numerous villages and observe the rural life around them. Frequently, men walk with a long bamboo stick, which proves useful in many situations. As we tackle a steep hill, I spot this silhouette perfectly outlined against the horizon. A quintessential image of Ethiopia, without a doubt! In black and white to give it a modern and minimal touch.
